Face to Face is a 15 minute program which offers words of gospel-centred hope to help people cope with life. Face to Face is produced by Lutheran Media Ministry for The Lutheran Church of Australia. A variety of script writers and presenters bring messages of hope and inspiration.
Face to Face required an uplifting, attractive design, along with the ability to play/download mp3's, and subscribe to a podcast. The focus of the site was to direct the user to the audio player in order to ensure as many people as possible would be reached with their message.
As required, the website design was structured around a persistent audio player. The audio player allows for both high and low bandwidth audio, along with links to download the mp3, pdf script and a podcast link. A ColdFusion back-end was constructed to allow for dynamic and editable content.
The site allows listeners of the Face To Face radio program to play or download the program and request related resources at any time, providing a way for Lutheran Media to reach a world wide audience.
